Exactly as described 10 lightweight masks for resuscitation breathing in a small pouch with a ring to attach to key ring. Fortunately I haven't needed to use them yet but my staff and I feel comfort in knowing that if we need one they are attached to our keys which we always have handy so no time will be wasted looking for one.
