Not only does the Damp Rid system really suck the moisture out of the air, it leaves behind a subtle lavender scent that really freshens my basement. I'm glad I'm able to buy the refills in bulk through Amazon. Please be careful when refilling. Use gloves if you have them. The crystals will burn your hands slightly. I use baking soda first, then wash my hands with soap. The only gloves I have are actually oven mittens, and I wouldn't want to contaminate them with this product. Enjoy!! It's worth it.
I love the scent of this Lavender, clean smelling without being too strong or overpowering. Makes my closet smell great while keeping humidity at bay and it is a must have for closets living in Florida. Good value and was happy to find the scent as can not find it in local stores for some reason.
used 6 of the little containers to keep my lake house dry last summer and through the winter. They worked great. Got here in the spring and they were all full of water. Emptied them all out and bought these refills to fill them back up. Easy as pie and they smell great. No musty smell in the guest rooms or closets.
Very simple product, I'm surprised there isn't a flood of competitors, but it works and smells nice. I used the regular no scent version for years, but the lavendar smells better and is cheaper.
Great value for me, I have an older home with a lot of condensation so I go through these often. Better value than in the stores for sure.

Go through these quite a bit on the boat. They do take away moisture well. These have slight fragrance, nice. Not too heavy of a fragrance though.
If you need a product that traps moisture then I recommend this product. I have a 24 foot boat with a cover and use 2 of these containers with the refills. Works great
