I absolutely love this ice pack wrap. It is so easy to use and adjust the straps to allow you to wear it wherever needed. The gel pack is very flexible, even when frozen so it easily fits on your body. I needed it for my arm and it was such a relief to have ice surrounding my arm. I would highly recommend for almost any injury on your body since it has long straps as well.
I purchased this to alleviate pain and inflammation for my shoulder injury. Per my physical therapist, it is very important to ice my shoulder after any workout to reduce the inflammation. This works really well as I am able to secure it to my arm/shoulder with the provided wraps !
I used this ice pack for my back and leg pain due to an accident. It's easy and manageable because it's not hard when it gets cold. I loved the extra strap to use around my waist. I did pin the extra strap to the bag that holds the ice pack so it won't keep moving when I'm laying down.

I had a knee replacement a couple of weeks ago and needed some large ice packs to use at home and at work. I bought two and love them! They are very pliable, and form right around my knee. The two straps that are sewn on are not very user friendly for me since I wear it perpendicular to the intended orientation. Luckily, an additional independent strap was included, so I am able to make it work. I would recommend leaving all the straps loose to accommodate use in any direction.

My old ice pack broke so I needed a new one. This one it's very nice that it has a sleeve with an extra ice pack. My old one did not last very long and then I had to put it back in the freezer but with this I can rotate them. The elastic band is very good to have too.
