I used up my other Bed Buddy back wrap until it just wouldn't heat up anymore. It took 4 years for it to happen though and I use the bejeebies out it. This is my second one and I love it. Two minutes in the microwave, on high and it's ready to go.
We have several of the bed buddies....Whenever there is a back ache or something, we reach for our bed buddy.. Sometimes if it is just cold out, it keeps your feet warm too...
If you spray some water on it, it feels better and stays warmer longer. It delivers a safe warm heat without burning you line an electric heating pad would so my wife can go to sleep with it on her. We ordered lots of these over the last few years. If you cook them in the microwave too long that begin to smell like popcorn so then you need to get an new one.
These back wraps are very nice but I do wish they were little larger or wider.
