Got this delivered today. I quit smoking three very long days ago... the need for a cigarette was killing me. I opened this as soon as it was delivered and inhaled. Voila. Craving GONE. My boyfriend was a skeptic and he tried it... has no interest in a cigarette at the moment. I hope this continues to work.

This really does help with cravings. It isn't going to MAKE you stop smoking but when I get that restless irritating feeling I smell this for about 1 minutes taking deep breathes and it does calm your nerves
I've finally quit after multiple failed attempts before. This product was the key for me. I started as a combination of incident patch and this aromatherapy product. I was doing good except the nicotine patch burned my skin. I stopped the patchanf I'm feeling good again. I hope itsok to get addicted to the smell of black pepper.
Use it when I travel or am somewhere that smoking is too difficult.

Smells so gross I never use it... Although it smells so bad I don't want to smoke.. so I guess it does it's job
The inhaler is rather expensive. However, it has helped me in certain situations where I can't smoke: board meetings, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. It didn't help to quit smoking, but DID help me cut down from 2 packs a day to 1 pack a day. So, it does have benefits and worth it. A little pricey though.
I was skeptical at first, but when I had the urge it helped. I used it along with the patch.
Helps to take the edge off. I combine it with the under tongue spray. Nothing is perfect but this really does help.
