UPDATE:
After a year of daily use, one of my beloved stockings has finally torn! I wear them literally every day. I bought another pair so I could wear them while the alt was in the wash. I wear them around the house with and without slippers, so they put up with quite a bit of hard use without any damage at all. Have worn them on a few flights, so they survived airports and walking through nasty TSA checkpoints. I've gotten to the point that I don't even care if I wear them with shorts, because I feel so much better at the end of the day. I have a chronic condition that causes a lot of joint pain and swelling (for those searching, EDS / EHLERS DANLOS). These help SO MUCH. Still stay up all day without adjusting, even after a year. I would have been thrilled if these lasted 3 months for the price, so over a year is amazing. Countless laundry cycles, and occasionally forgetting and putting them in the dryer. I seriously cannot recommend these enough!

Love these and wear them all the time to bed. I actually bought them to wear with sandals, which I do occasionally do when paired with long pants (not with shorts - would look really weird). These help a lot with my with mild intermittent restless legs at night, not sure whether it would be enough if you have clinical-level RLS. Also keeps my ankles from getting swollen, which is a frequent problem for me. I have never had an issue with these rolling down or cutting off my circulation.

I generally wear 8-15mmHg sheer compression knee-highs, so I did have to struggle more to get these on. However, the open toe as been a blessing! I suffer from ankle edema which is why I wear compression knee-highs; however, after a day of wearing closed-toe knee-highs I was in agony. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had socks/stockings cramp up your toes. When I discovered the open-toe model, I was thrilled. Would much prefer it in a milder compression though. They were a good price though...I've seen others for twice as much, so no complaints here. I purchased the black and white pairs. Probably won't leave a review under the white, so I hope whoever is thinking of buying these sees this review and finds it helpful.

I have varicose veins and my lower legs had begun swelling a lot throughout the day. I didn't want full support hose for the humid summer. These stopped the swelling and with the open toe feature I can wear them with sandals and capris and no one can really tell that I have support hose on. my legs feel much better.

The best compression socks ever!! I have had to wear compression socks for years and these are bye far the most comfortable, reliable, strongest, compression socks I have ever worn. They are very reasonable priced which makes it better choice for me being on a fixed income. The best!! Very pleased. You will not regret buying them!! 😊😊😊😊

These are very well made compression stockings with a great fit. The color I picked for my Mother is a neutral tone. Open toes is what she likes and the moderate sheer 15-20 is what her Doctor recommended.

Description

Truform 1772 from the Truform Lites series provides mild graduated compression to help energize the legs and reduce discomfort. The 15-20 mmHg moderate compression level is great for leg fatigue and slight ankle, leg and foot swelling. They provide long-lasting support that appeals to today's active, fashion conscious woman and serve excellently as both business and casual wear. Truform stockings, socks, and pantyhose feature Graduated Compression Technology, which delivers a compressive action to the leg that is greatest at the ankle, then gradually decreases toward the heart. This graduated compression provides two primary benefits to the legs: increased pressure on tissues beneath the skin helps reduce and prevent swelling for the wearer, and the compression action helps control the size of the superficial veins that lie just beneath the skin, preventing the slowing of blood flow so it can flow more quickly up the leg back toward the heart. Five intervals of therapeutic graduated compression, doctor-recommended to help relieve tired, heavy, and aching legs, aids in the treatment of spider veins, varicose veins, and swelling of the leg and feet, ideal when sitting or standing for long periods of time. We take the extra time and effort necessary to insure a therapeutically effective, comfortable fit. The combination of state-of-the-art materials and equipment, plus knitting "know-how" sets Truform apart from the crowd to make your legs look and feel great. Use For: Tired, aching legs. Moderate varicose veins. Moderate leg, ankle and foot swelling. Post surgery. Washing and Care: Wash gently with mild soap or detergent in lukewarm or cold water. Do not wring or twist. Rinse until water is clear. Roll in a towel to remove excess moisture. Dry flat away from heat and sunlight.

I like these stockings and the fact that they are footless; makes it easy for summer and flip flops. I measured my calf and they fit well based on that (snug but not too tight). One of the socks got a run in the bottom of them, but that might have been user error---be sure the heel cuff is on your heel! They stay up well. They do tend to crawl up my foot slightly, but not to the point that it's annoying or hard to pull back down. I bought these to improve some circulatory issues in my ankles. They seem to be helping. After only 3-4 days of use, my redness has gone done considerably. Overall, I would recommend these.

I purchased the open toe stockings and I am very pleased with this purchase. I expected the stockings to be heavy and ugly, but they are sheer, easy to put on and a perfect color with my skin tone. Very comfortable and can wear them all day. I've had them a few weeks now and they are holding up very well.

I ordered these in both small and medium to help with my Edema in my legs. I wanted something a little lighter that I can wear with sandals and shorts in the warmer weather. I have worn them for two days in a row(hand wash and hang dry every night) and I have had only had one issue. I have a snag on one of them. Otherwise I find they work great for me. I don't see them lasting all summer, but for the price I am fine with that. I did not have the issues with them slipping down and bunching at the ankle, yet, that other reviewers had, not sure why, but thankful for that. If they stretch or snag and run to the point of having to throw them away I will just reorder.

These Truform 1772 Compression 15-20 mmHg Sheer Knee hose fit exactly as the size chart indicates. They are very impressive in that they work as they should, but have a stylish look. They do not have the look of traditional compression hose that can seem as if you're wearing hospital garb. These are sold through Amazon. I would be careful when ordering Truform to consider by whom the item is being sold. At the same time that these were ordered, I purchased the same size in a different compression that was sold through a different vendor. They did not fit.

I ordered this for a long trip we took last week. My ankles often swell when traveling, especially in hot weather. These prevented any swelling and look fairly decent. They are heavier and more opaque than regular knee high stockings but are a good color for me and don't look "medical" under capris. I was very self conscious about wearing heavy black or white compression socks. These worked just as well for me and were much more comfortable. The band around the top was not uncomfortable to me at all and that is usually an issue for me. At first I thought they were too long, but I took them off and didn't pull them up as tightly, fitting the band just below my knee and they worked fine. The open toe feels a little weird at first, but I soon got accustomed to that and I think it makes the stockings feel a little cooler. I did wear no show socks over these in my tennis shoes because my shoes were slipping with just the stockings and they felt fine. I wore them all day for three different days, hand washing them each evening and they still look pretty good. I will order an additional pair before we travel again because these were really good for me.
