I purchased this mask specifically for the gel insert to reduce puffiness and for comfort. The gel does exactly that. It is cool on my eyes and fits in the pouch well with no concern of it falling out. The straps are quit thin, think lingerie straps, but there are two and they are adjustable which is nice because when they stretch out i can retighten. Its a nice blue color and has a flap near the nose to reduce the amount of light allowed in. Some light does get through, but in my experience that is just the name of the sleeping mask game. Lastly, i received an email from the company asking how i liked the mask. They explained that they are a small company and are dedicated to putting out a quality product. I myself would rather buy from a small company and their level of customer service made me feel good and valued. Thats not something I find often! I will be purchasing from them again.
I love my mask!! I have a terrible time sleeping. I have tried so many different things. On a whim, I decided to buy a sleep mask. I used to use one when I was deployed in Afghanistan and the sun would come up at 4 AM. Since I’ve been back in the US, I have not used one until now. It helps keep me asleep despite any lighting in the room. And I have even been able to sleep later. That is a good thing for me because many times I wake up around 5 AM. This is a wonderful mask. It's comfortable with or without the cool pack. The cool pack provides soothing comfort to not only tired eyes but relief from itchy, allergy eyes as well. It works well with my CPAP mask so it's like the best of both worlds in helping to get a good night's rest. Haven't had reason to wear the earplugs yet but I'm sure they'll come in handy when Spring and Summer get here. Great product and a great price; highly recommended by me.
I put this in the fridge and use it when I have migraines. I have extreme light sensitivity and an unbelievable pressure behind my eyes and this eye mask not only helps with the pressure but also blocks out the light. I will buy another to have as a backup especially for this price.

This sleeping mask has been so helpful to me, because I also sleep with a CPAP machine. I did alter the mask just a bit, I removed the flap that is supposed to go around the nose. This allowed room for my nasal mask and the mask itself helps to keep my eyes from drying out during my sleep time. I love the comfort of the straps, so great because I have a small head. With the straps being narrow I don"t have trouble with any buckle on the back of the mask, some masks have this and it becomes uncomfortable laying on it. Thank you so much for this product.
This is just what I needed. I wish I had not put off getting a sleep mask for so long. I mainly purchased this mask because I was going to have an in-patient stay in the hospital and know how hard it is to get any sleep. Not only did I get sleep in the hospital but I now use this mask every night! It is extremely comfortable and blocks out light like I was hoping it would. It's been about a week since I've started using the sleep mark. It shipped fast and the packaging was adorable. I tried using it with and without the cold pack insert. I can tell it would work lovely when I have a headache. I have used the mask itself every night this week and am in love so far. The material is nice and the extra flap of fabric works excellent to block extra light. I love the adjustable straps. I do find it hard to find a good eye mask that fits everyone but this one is a one size fits all.

Wonderful product, especially like the two adjustable straps. I'm receiving chemo & have lost my hair & my scalp can be very sensitive at times. These thin adjustable straps are much more comfortable for me that I hardly notice them. The cool gel pack is a bonus too as I occasionally get sinus & tension headaches behind my eyes. This sleep mask allows me to not be disturbed by the lights my husband needs to get ready for work at 5am in the mornings.
