In Georgia was are having one of the hardest winters in recent history and its becoming apparent how poorly sealed my old house is. We lost power for 3 days during an ice storm and the only form of heat we had was my vehicle. To prepare for more ice storms, i have been reading blogs and learning how to retain heat and things to do to stay warm. Out of all the websites i visited, i found only 1 that mentioned hot water bottles. I immediately began researching them and made my purchase on Amazon. I could not be happier!
After receiving it, everyone in my house also wants one. What's best about this one is the amazing length of time of stays hot. Literally hours and hour. Even after a few hours of filling with hot water and the cover on, its still too hot to lean back on for a long period of time.
Looking at other hot water bottles, i am extremely happy with my purchase because of how other bottles will warn not to boil water before putting it in the bottle but this one has spec saying that its made special material to keep your water hotter longer. I've been boiling the water before adding with no problems, and feel like its constructed well enough to support that.
I use it in my lap under my blanket when im sitting in the living room, or lean back against it on the couch, or in my bed to warm up the covers at night. It is my own personal heater. Love it! I will be buying more!
The only negative thing i have to say is that the elastic is coming apart from the cover, and I've only had it for 3 days.
A lot bigger than I expected which is not a bad thing! Florida had an unexpected cold winter so I loved having it at night to stay warm. The only reason I took a star off is because I don’t understand how to get it really hot. It says not to put boiling water in it, but when I put the hottest water from the faucet, it only makes the bottle warm. Especially with the cover. It’s supposed to be a HOT water bottle. If anyone has the answer for me please let me know!
Great product. Soft. I run a shelter and when we have orphan kittens or puppies maintaining temperature is important. Did the job and was snuggly

When filling the hot water bottle,DO NOT USE BOILING WATER.This may damage the rubber.
Fill only to two-thirds capacity maximum.When filling,hold the bottle in an upright position and fill slowly to avoid the hot water splashing back.
Before use, allow up to 20 minutes for the bottle to reach its maximum temperature.Prevent contact with hot surfaces.
IMPORTANT
Not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.
Handing should always be carried out buy an adult.
Check stopper for wear and tear damage at regular intervals.
Bottles should be replaced after two years of use.
Hot water bottle can cause burns- avoid prolonged direct contact to skin.
