I bought this one to replace an older one, different model, that is not working as good anymore. This one is a bit heavier, but the effect is so much better! The heat is kept much longer and it covers the whole neck-shoulder area. I love also the lavender and peppermint scents that come with it. Great for neck-shoulder aches and relaxation after long working hours.
I probably confused you with the five stars. The quality of your product was excellent,however, the reason I returned was because I am 87 and the product was too heavy for me to manage. Like almost impossible to reach and put it in the microwave. I purchased another about half the weight and it is working fine.
Good product for the money. It would be nice if it retained heat longer, like other brands I own. I find that I have to reheat it more frequently than I’d like to. The design of it and it’s ability to comfortably wrap around your neck and up the back your head (if you want it to) and flexibility in its use make this a really great product. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars. I’d gladly pay more if they’d use a higher quality heat-retaining compound in it.

I have MS and arthritis, I’m generally in need of pain relief from one or the other. This heating pad is AMAZING. The weight is perfect.
This is so much better than those flimsy ones you plug in that never have evenly distributed heat.
I chose the scented one and the scent was so relaxing. Not so strong that your eyes water but definitely fragrant. (My littles kept running over to sniff it and giggle with glee, lol).
I’ll be purchasing another to have on hand as my husband kept trying to steal it.
The price point is definitely fair as my chiropractor and my pain management doctor both sell a similar in style (though not the same shape) and half the size for between $50-$75.
Love this Octopus (my name) pillow for my neck. Really helped w/pain. Only reason it is not a 5 is that I haven't figured out how to use it so it's comfortable. Kept having to move it around to feel the warmth. Figure that will get better as I word w/it more. Great product!

Product is well made and heats well in the microwave. It's heavy with its fill, which adds to the comfort it gives. I'm glad your product instructions tell the user that the weight should be shifted periodically since the fill naturally falls to the lowest point in the product as it is handled and used. Good value for the cost, and great relief from discomfort - and a bonus for this time of year - it provides warmth!
Bought 2 of these now. One for myself, a recent full shoulder replacement patient. Works so well, bought 2nd one for daughter's birthday. Girl has everything except a good heat pad for her bad neck. Love how it goes up neck. Very pleased.
