Working on my feet all day, sometimes I have lower back or leg pain. I try and walk a lot on my days off, but going to sleep can be rough when the pain sets in. I often go between the general pain rubs, Ibuprofen, CBD oil, ice, and this wonderful item. My body usually lets me know which one of my many arsenals it is feeling like (which I know sounds weird, but true). Going to bed with this heated, really relaxes you and soothes any joint pain or swelling you may have. I have used it on my shoulders and knees - both for arthritis and tears. It works great.
My family loves both the green and the brown wraps. My wife recieved the brown wrap as a baby shower gift and loved it. I microwaved it too long (when the directions say no more than 2 minutes they mean it) so I ended up buying another brown wrap and a green wrap for myself. My grandmother really like the wraps so I also eneded up buying her one, and I sent one to my sister law when she announced she was pregnant. Everyone has loved it so far.
One note: Do NOT try to fly with these. I took my wrap on a plane trip and got flagged by TSA on both my out going and returning trip. On the second time the agent explained the clay beads inside the wrap set off a sensor for "granular inorganic solids," which is the same reading they would get for gun powder. The agents had to do a chemical test on the wrap to determine it had no gun powder (this was the opposite of the soothing properties promised).
Upon opening my package i could smell the lavender seeping through which was a good sign. I immediately used it for my migraines & back pains & it already started working it's magic. After coming home from a stressful day this just knocked all of those out with a little nap. Studies do say lavender is a helpful cure to headaches & migrains.
I had a wrap previously from Earth Therapeutics but lost it on a trip or something. I just got this one as a replacement. I love the fragrance (the old one not so much), but this wrap seems a lot heavier than the other one. I'll still use it, but won't leave it hanging around my neck for any length of time.
Heats easy in microwave and stays warm quite a long time (30 min or so). Very relaxing to use.

this wrap was softer and I was pleased by how well made it is. the scent when heated is just right, not overwhelming.
the bad news is my son has taken it over!!!!! enjoy I would buy as a gift also.

Love the smell, only drawback is that it doesn’t stay warm for as long as I would like it to.
