Great item for using at EMS events. If you have access to ice, you can fill a quart size zipper bag with ice and put inside this pouch which is what I do. I have had ice packs bust in my bag so carrying these insures that I can readily make an ice pack when needed. Once I priced these out per bag it pretty much costs the same as an ice pack.
I use these as heat comfort pad. One 6x8 heat compress fits perfectly inside so compress doesn't lay directly on skin.
Just the right size for ice packs.
