I like the design of this ice pack. It is nice and flexible when frozen. You may have to work a bit to get the strap to hold it snuggly, but it can be done

Works ... but the velcro strap is not in a convenient spot. It really is difficult to secure.
This is just what I needed for my painful right foot. I get heel and ankle pain daily. This ice pack is small and flexible and perfect.
Works great to ice my Achilles.
