I bought this to replace a similar hot pack for when I get migraines and neck pain. I love the fabric of the wrap and it's very comfortable to wear but, when heated, does have a slight smell that sometimes aggravates my headache. I've been thinking of maybe spritzing it with lavender oil to see if that helps. Overall, I recommend this.

This is not as high as I was hoping. It only covers 3/4 up the back of my neck. Looks thicker in the picture. Overall, it works great so I did not return the product.

My husband loves it for his sore neck. Stays warm fairly long.

It starts out pretty warm, but cools off rather quickly. It's pretty heavy.

Helps with my painful and achy neck. Would hate to be without it.

I haven't tried this product as a cold pack yet. However, my neck was sore, and I heated the pack in the microwave and it worked wonders for my neck pain
