I've owned a number of different products like this one to relieve my RSI, and this one is significantly better than all the others.
What I like about it:
* Most other gloves like this one have the hard piece that keeps the wrist in the right position below the hand. That makes it painful to rest hands on a desk for extended periods. This one solves the problem by having the hard piece above the hand, and using padding below the hands to keep the wrist in the right position. It's much more comfortable for me.
* Most other gloves have thumb holes on both sides to make them work on either hand. This one solves that problem by flipping inside out. By avoiding the extra hole, it provides much better support to the bottom of my hand, which is especially nice when using an upright mouse.
* It's versatile. These gloves are sturdy enough to use while sleeping, and provide enough range of motion that you can also wear them while working.
My only problem with it is that the padding below the hand makes it a bit harder to use a mouse. I'm trying to avoid mice in favor of keyboard shortcuts anyway, so it's not that bad.
I have carpal tunnel/tendonitis from hours on a computer every day for work.. This has helped with the pain a lot! The beaded cushion inside the palm is probably the most useful, and you can move it around a bit to where it's more comfortable. It's also 100% reversible for your other hand if needed.
I believe this Imak wrist wrap has helped the palm of my "mouse hand" considerably. If my wrist / palm starts hurting I wear it for a while and either it's mind over matter or the thing really helps.
I have a little age related wrist pain from frequent use of the computer so this helps a great deal to cut down on that discomfort. I would highly recommend its' use.
So far, very comfortable and practical. I've used at home and overnight for 2 days and I've been feeling less pain. The arm stays in a neutral position what relieves tension and it has support on the bottom which is great for who uses the computer a lot.

I like them for typing as cushions heel of my hand and helps my joints. Turn inside out to change hands. Take one point off because I ordered medium and it's really too tight, but I use it anyway.
This product is pure genius. I work some pretty hard labor, lifting and digging. The Smart Glove lets me do all that with the confidence that i won't need to be putting my hands on ice after a heavy day.
I've used this wrist guard because of thumb pain and it works fantastic. I also love it because you can turn it "inside-out" if your other hand hurts!
I like it, and is so helpful to ease the wrist pain when at the computer or desk for a long time. I wish there was a strap that could be tightened around the wrist, but I bought wrist brace splint to wear at night and this combo seems to be working out great for me.
Works well. I love these! Ive purchased a number for coworkers as well.
