I have a larger version of this that I keep in my medicine cabinet, and I usually fill it up and bring it along when I travel. Last time I was out of town for a few days, I forgot to bring my meds so I decided to get a second one to keep in my dopp kit all the time. I read through several reviews and questions, but still couldn't get a great idea of how many pills it will hold, so I took a picture (dime for scale since I didn't have any bananas handy) and hopefully it will help someone like me who needs another visual example. In my picture, each slot holds seven regular-sized generic drug store aspirin and closes easily.
While I haven't actually used this on a trip yet, it seems well constructed and sturdy, much like the larger version that I've had for several years, so I'm pretty confident it's going to hold up just fine.
I am really happy with this purchase. Many reviewers say that the compartments are too small but I was able to fit 5 pills in each compartment. To be fair one of my pills is very small but another, my daily vitamin, is huge (see picture). I have been using this product regularly for the past 4 months and I am starting to see the white letters indicating the day of the week starting to rub off and fade. This should be easily fixable with my own letter stickers or with using a paint marker. I received the blue box, I wish I had received either the green or purple box but, for the price I paid, $2.39 I am extremely happy with this purchase. I prefer this circular design, by far, to the long bar pill box.
I can never remember if I took my medicine or not each day but with this pill box with the marked days it’s easy to look and see. I take 2 capsules a day and they both fit great in here. More than 4 capsules would not fit.
I like the small size because it’s easy to throw in my purse if I’m going somewhere. Much better than 2 pill bottles.
I was worried they would be hard to open being they open from the inside but I have not had any problems. They open easily while at the same time shutting firmly so they won’t come out.
I am 76 and have had 7 surgeries on my hands with some loss of strength, but have no problem opening these lids. I've had this for 5 years and am ordering my second set as a few of the lids do not close any more and some of the dates are wearing a little. I keep my AM box in the kitchen and my bedtime PM box in my bathroom drawer. The convenience of only having to fill these boxes once a month sold me on them. Since my pills and vitamins and supplements come in bottles of 90 or more, it helps me know when to order or purchase more. As I fill the box, I make a note of anything that has less than 30 days left in it and then place my orders or add to my shopping list. That way, I always have enough for the next month and am never caught short. If I go on trips of 2 weeks or more, it is very convenient to put these in my bags without having to take all the bottles. All in all I consider it a great product for all ages! Tip: If any of the lids are hard to open at first, they will loosen slightly with time.
This is a very handy item when you need to lay out meds for the month and know exactly what day of the month the meds have been taken. My son takes meds on the days he's with us and this actually helps me to know that the medicine was in fact taken that day since I can reference the date. I will say that it's pretty well made but you might have to replace every couple of years as sometimes after a lot of wear and tear the doors break off. That said, I've only replace mine once in 4 years.

I got these for my pet's medicine which I crush up ahead of time for the whole week so I can add it to his food. I got the smallest size since I only put one small pill in each. It's worked great so far. I do, however, think that people with limited hand mobility/dexterity might have trouble opening it.
The product seems to be good quality and came in a nice purple color.
This container fits my needs perfectly, but if you need to store more than 3+ pills per day, it may be too small for you. I use it for a multivitamin, a fish oil vitamin, and half a calcium vitamin - the three just barely fit.
It showed up fast.
I have been searching all over for a round weekly pill holder. It fits better in my purse. I bought one that opened from the outside and it easily oped on me and pills would fall out. The tabs also broke off easily. this one opens from the middle gives it more strength. bigger tabs. also it clicks shut. I have not had an issue with it coming open in my purse. I would recommend it highly. the only bad think if I was to say anything was that it is harder to fill a round one than a line one. but the convenience of size and space it takes up in my purse is worth it. It is a big size and fits many pills. I take a lot. I have one for night and one for day. i ordered one in a different color from a different company because this did not say or show it came in any other color.
I take a lot of hormone medication that is date sensative. This pill organizer was perfect for keeping them organized. This case was bigger then I had pictured it would be, the only time I would see that being an issue would be for packing. All in all though a very sturdy product, and the best month organizer I've seen.
Nice and compact. I wanted a small pill carrier but I didn’t realize the individual compartments were so small. My fault.
My regular vitamins fit perfectly but I cannot include the larger women’s vitamin I also take in the compartments so I just keep that bottle next to the pill carrier so I won’t forget. I’m still giving it a 5 star review because it’s perfect for regular size pills.
