Covidien 1238 Telfa Non-Adherent Pads Prepack, 8

I was looking for a long, light, non stick pads for slow healing surgical scars. I have got another brand before this one, but it was shorter and wasn't covering the whole scar. I had to use four of that product and tape them together. Also, the previous product, although not bad, was not as flexible as these. I went to my doctors office for follow up and he had changed the pads and he used exactly these ones. Thanks to Amazon, I have found them here and ordered them. They are individually wrapped, light, flexible, and long to cover enough surface of the scars. I love them. I highly recommend them. The price not bad for 50 pads.

Due to a lot of first aid work, I purchase these about three times a year.

I like the packaging - easy to grab when needed.

These have no adhesive and are perfect for wound covering. I also like the length. They can be used whole or cut to size needed.

I like the Covidien brand. Product is always as described and I know when I order them, I will be getting the same quality item each time.

I also like their prices, always less than others.

These non-stick bandages are an excellent value and really do not stick to the wound. I used them on a burn injury, and they were easy to change without pain or irritation. they came in a clear plastic bag and are a great value. Fifty bandages in all! Highly recommend.

I had a pretty bad case of road rash on my left arm and left leg. I was looking for similar pads like the ones applied to my wounds from the hospital. My hospital was using Coviden pads but based on the other reviews, I was worried that my box was going to come open, dirty, and more painfully, with useless pads.

Turns out the box was open, but only to stuff the box with a bunch of pads. Definitely, not a retail sealed box but the pads were sealed up in their individual packages and almost exactly like the ones at the hospital. The best part, NON-STICK!!!

The only difference I saw was with the thickness of the pads. They do seem a little thinner than the ones from the hospital but at this price difference, just change your pads out frequently.

Much, much cheaper than buying from the pharmacy! I had an extensive abdominal injury and so had to use at least 5-6 pads when changing the dressing, going through 10-pad packs (each at least $4-5) daily. These pads are not as soft as the ones you buy from the pharmacy but they worked fine, even directly on my 3rd degree burn. For the most sensitive areas, I also used moist burn gel pads (search on Amazon, expensive but worth every penny, as they cool the wound and speed up healing).

After total knee replacement surgery and after surgical bandage was removed Dr. requested that I put a 3x8” bandage on incision before putting on compression thigh highs. I visited local medical supply stores and they did not jave the specific size needed so off to Amazon I went. This product is exactly as described and arrived quickly.

These are excellent non-adherent pads that do not stick to an open wound. Because they are large (4" x 8"), they give you the flexibilty to cut pad to needed size and save the rest.

These are better then the drug store brands because they are not as stiff. I needed them for my moms arm. We looked for these after using what the Dr. gave us, which was this brand. It bent around her arm nicely.

I use these to care for a lingering radiation burn. They are easy to cut to size (I cut them in thirds). They don't stick to the wound, but are absorbent enough to last all day.

Small leg ulcer. I can't have any adhesive at all my legs because the skin rip so easily. These are great I can place them on the ulcer and just pull my sock up. I do put Vaseline on the inside the pad without touching that part to contaminate it. I've been advised to keep the wound moist. I'm sure you would have to use some type of tape if you needed to attach it to your skin the sock wasn't working for you. I'm satisfied. It's good to be able to get them through Prime and they're not have to find them in the drugstore.
