First off, if you're trying to use these for yard work or automotive repair, you're out of your mind to expect them to survive. Use a 6 mil glove or thicker for any work where they might be poked or abraded. Nitrile gloves have low tear strength; once they get a tiny puncture or nick, they will rip. The thinner the glove, the easier it is to puncture. Gloves do go bad with heat, humidity, and UV exposure, so try to find a seller with fresh stock and keep your gloves away from sunlight and fluorescent light. If you don't use them very often and have a half-used box that's a couple years old, don't be surprised if all your gloves rip when you put them on.
So far, these have been working just fine for me. I use these for applications where I only need to keep my hands clean or if I'm doing fine work. I use heavier gloves for machine work and repair. For painting and applying epoxy, these work fine. The purple color is light enough to reveal black paint, and it's dark enough to reveal both clear and light-colored contaminants. This makes it easy to keep from transferring paint or epoxy onto other surfaces. For electronics work, they seem okay. I'd like them to fit a bit tighter, but they do the job. Using tweezers and picking up small parts is no big deal. The gloves do fine against flux, and most solvents (isopropanol, acetone, xylene, etc).
My only complaint is that they're a bit bigger (especially cuff diameter) than the Celeste gloves of comparable thickness I had used before. Considering the convenience of the darker color, I still think these are pretty good.
I've been buying these particular gloves for about 3 years now. I use them all the time, around the house and garden. They have their limits, but they're pretty tough compared to others I've tried. In the yard, I usually wear them under my regular cloth garden gloves. Often I'll take off the cloth gloves to do some task that requires more dexterity or less dirt, and it's convenient to still have the purple glove layer to keep my hands clean and dry in the meantime. I also use these for cleaning, painting, picking up after my dog, or when I'm cutting up raw chicken or handling some other unsavory kitchen task, doing crafts, etc. etc. My issue now is that I've been buying these exact gloves--a couple of boxes every couple of months or so--and in the past two months, they've literally doubled in price! What?! These used to be an add-on item, at $7 and some change for a box of 100. I bought two boxes in December for what it would now cost me to order one box in February--over $15/100. I can't imagine any way the seller can justify doubling the price of these gloves. It's a shame, because I really like the product, and the former price was in line with what they were worth. If I'm paying 15 cents per glove, they'd better be a whole lot nicer than I know these to be. Oh, well. Looking for a new brand, since it's time to reorder.
These are a little more fragile than the nitrile gloves I'm used to at work, but for the price they are fine. I've only broken one once, and it was just the cuff when I was pulling it off.
The small size is perfect for me. My hands are 16 cm long and 7 cm wide. If your hands are any larger than that do not get the small size. I also found that the fingers aren't as snug as most size small gloves, which is great. I don't have tiny slender fingers. My fingers just touch the ends of the glove, with slightly webbed fingers just between my pinky and ring finger, so the finger length is very good considering my fairly long fingers (pinky 6 cm, ring 7 cm, middle 8 cm, pointer 6 cm).
I've purchased maybe 10 boxes of these over a couple years. the quality varies (Yes, I've seen them rip, but not often... I've found maybe 4 worthless gloves in a couple boxes, which, to me, isn't horrible) but they're generally a higher quality compared to similarly priced nitrile gloves I've purchased through amazon. my main complaint overall is that they often arrive stuck together in the box. this could indicate they've been stored improperly
they fit pretty well and they're not inclined to tearing. thickness as advertised. would not use nitrile gloves for auto repair nor food prep, personally (choose thicker glove for auto and vinyl for food)
I probably won't be purchasing these anymore, simply because they got pricey. I used to pay 6.80usd per box and now it's 8.85... a box only contains 100...
We really love the Ammex Nitrile Gloves for when we're cooking barbecue here at the Barbecue Lab. We're cooking bbq about 7 days a week, and all of the messy preparation that goes into pulling meat out of a cryovac bag, trimming the meat and seasoning it for the smoker or the grill is made so much incredibly easier by using these gloves.
We keep a box or two of these nitrile gloves on hand to use along with some cotton glove liners so that we can even pull meat directly off of the grill without feeling any heat. We never pull meat off of a hot grill without using the cotton glove liners available here at Amazon underneath these nitrile gloves though, as just the nitrile gloves aren't made to protect from any kind of heat.
We love that at the end of a prep session, we can just take off the nitrile gloves and throw them away and keep going with other things without having food residue all over our hands. We heartily recommend these gloves for any kind of prep work in the kitchen as they're the best we've found.

Being a Person With Diabetes (PWD) and on both a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) and Insulin Pump, I use medical gloves (Nitrile) for inserting and removing my CGM and Pump. I am currently utilizing Amazon's"Subscribe & Save" service for the replenishment of these medical gloves and I think that this brand (Ammex) offers the best price and value for what you get. I only need to replenish these medical gloves every 6 months because I often do not use two (2) gloves to insert and remove my medical supplies; just one (1) glove. These gloves feel and fit the same as the gloves I got at the drugstore but are considerably more inexpensive. Overall, I would recommend these Ammex gloves because of the functionality, practicality, and value for what you get. If you are someone like me who needs to use medical gloves, do not hesitate to buy this brand because of the value.
UPDATED: Since these gloves are fairly thin, I've broken a couple pairs on accident. I still think these gloves are the best value on Amazon right now if you need them for attaching medical supplies (at home).
I bought these to pick up trash around the property that careless, dirty people throw on the ground and for handling fertilizer and other chemicals. Please note that they are "Exam Grade." Now that I've bought them I know that "exam grade" means they're really tight (I imagine that medical personnel must have tight gloves so that they can "feel"). So in sum, if you're using them for healthcare or need gloves that fit tight and keep pathogens and disease out, they're perfect. I'm a woman with long fingers and they're super, super tight on me and a pain to put on. So if you're a guy, you definitely need a larger size. A small woman's hands will be a better fit for this size and still skin tight. Good product - wrong use.
These little gloves are indispensable. Whether it is tending to someone (or your minor injury) or cleaning round the house they come in handy. If walking a dog in the park, tuck a few in your pocket or bag and there is no more awkward maneuvering to get the waste in the bag with kitchen paper or Kleenex. If you're cleaning the bathroom (or anywhere) , these are an excellent choice for those particularly unpleasant tasks in there. They are not as bulky as kitchen-sized gloves, but don't permit as deep a reach into the bowl. They also come in handy when cleaning up pet accidents or upsets around the home. A last use for winter dry hands is to lotion up a hand thoroughly and slip on the gloves to wear for a few hours. That way the lotion does not leave sticky spots on things you touch and the lotion soaks into your hands.
They fit, do what you need gloves to do (protect your hands) and are sized appropriately. My hands take a size 6.5 glove, small fits. There's a bit of extra material for the fingers that does not get in my way at all, and I think that if I had longer fingers I'd appreciate it. I no longer work as a nurse, but have used these a LOT for cleaning up after my dogs and foster puppies. Much easier for me than using a scoop, and my hands stay clean. Always a good idea to wash after you take gloves off regardless -- just sayin'.
I bought these for various heavier-duty kitchen and lighter-duty garden/yard tasks, selecting them due to their outstanding rating and low price in their category.
These are NOT the thickest nitrile gloves you can buy, by any stretch, and I would NOT recommend them for heavy duty tasks, as they will tear under stress-- but WOW. I've used (and currently use) many different types of nitrile gloves, and for their class and cost, these are great performers. After my first few uses for lighter tasks, having no failures or blowouts, I decided to stress test them by wearing a pair for a greenhouse project, where I worked with a lot of tools, mixed a lot of soil by hand, and came in contact with a lot of objects that have previously destroyed thin nitrile gloves..... and yes, these did tear under that stress, but they did NOT shred. There was one tear, about the size of a dime, at the base of my left index finger.
I've used more expensive (and even thicker) nitrile gloves that haven't performed nearly as well as these. These gloves will likely become a regular Amazon subscription item for me.
