Hot Cold Pack for Therapy by LotFancy - Reusable Gel Ice Pack for Injuries First Aid Back Shoulder Neck Head Feet, Pack of 2 (10.5 x 5 Inches)

I am always using cold gel-packs, either for my neck, my feet, or to help when the dog is having a focal seizure and his temperature goes up too high. Most cold packs either leak or are too small. These are wonderful. A nice large size and are well made. I bought 2 of these to start and I think I'm going to toss all my others and just start buying these. Great pack for the price.

I like this product as it retains heat very well. HOWEVER, be careful to not overheat more than 30 seconds in the microwave on default setting (max power). Although the instructions say you can heat it for longer, in my case I heated it for a full minute (30 secs and then another 30 secs) and part of the exterior fabric melted, making a hole and resulting in the gel coming out. I had to throw that out. I contacted the company and they kindly sent me a new one.

CONCLUSION: Microwave no more than 30 seconds on max, or 60 seconds on medium...OR you will damage your pack. Following these instructions, you will have a nice ice/heat pack for a long time.

This is just what I was looking for! I have a tough time staying cool at night in my bedroom and even with AC and a fan...it still gets quite hot. I put this in a plastic bag between the sheets and my toes on it keeps me cool through the night. I wish it was slightly larger, maybe even double the size. However, one I previously ordered smelled strongly of chemicals. This one does not at all. It lays flat in the freezer and unfolds or folds up, depending how large you want it.

I enjoy writing reviews on products that I love and hearing feedback, since I base many of my personal purchases off of the reviews of others as well. I also feel that honest and helpful reviews provide insight to the company.

Broke my ankle earlier this year, and started physical therapy a few weeks ago to learn to walk. After using smaller ice packs, which work, but you need at least double to cover the whole area, i decided to look for larger ones to cover my whole ankle area with one ice pack. This does the job. I put on a long sock to keep the area from getting too cold. I use a second long sock to tie it on.
The only issue i have with this, and all icepacks, is that they don't hold the cold as long as i would like but with the weather getting warmer i don't expect it lasting any longer.

I like these cold packs! The only downside is that even though they are the soft "comfort" material on the outside, it is still far to cold to place as is directly on the skin at first. I wrap mine in a thin fabric until it defrosts a bit. They aren't very flexible right out of the freezer too. So wrapping them around a body part could be difficult, but they work well to rest your head on for headaches.

kinda smaller than I anticipated, but they work really well both hot and cold (for hot, the edges tend to heat up more than the middle, so use a cloth to grab it). I have a connective tissue disorder and something is *always* hurting and needs heat or ice so it's nice to have something reusable around.

this was a 2 pack. and it's a perfect size, not to big but enough to cover areas needing to be iced. it's nice to have an extra so that one can be used and the next one ready when needed.

This is flexible after being in the freezer. You can shape it to fit the body part. The box came with a picture of the possible uses. One was to use it on your fore head. I live in Florida. It is extremely hot here this year. I started putting it on my head (not a fashion statement) when I work outside. WOW. It works. I can do yard work in the heat and not suffer.

Works well as long as you dont exceed the directed microwave/heating instructions...if you do that the outer shell melts and the gel goes everywhere. I melted my first one but liked it so bought the same product as a replacement.

I keep these in the freezer! They are perfect for emergencies or when you’ve pulled a little something and need to treat it.
