Love this!! Have never really used a work out/replenish drink but lord this has saved us! We have been doing insanity and after our work out we drink a water bottle with a scoop of this and we are good to go! No more soreness from working out the next day, you know the kinda pain that makes your dread your next work out? GONE!
I am def going to buy more, possibly even a bigger can. It’s a little gritty once you get to the bottom but the flavor makes the little griddiness irrelevant :)
Read very carefully fellas and allow me to school you on some valuable lessons. Ever heard of Labdoor? If not stop reading this and go there now. You won't believe this,but some supplements don't contain what they claim! Shocking. So when u find one that does, embrace it. I would care if this tasted like cat urine filtered directly from the kittly liter box. Are we taking these supplement to marvel in the flavor or are we searching for gains? It doesn't taste bad to me. Man up and swallow.
Taste is not the best...very strong flavor, reminds me slightly of cough syrup. The measure on it is two scoops, in 10-12oz of water. I use it after football games and practice to help aid in recovery. Shipping received within two days with Prime. It seems somewhat empty when you first open it, put of course most powders settle, and this is no different.
I've been using this (blue raz) for a while and really like it. I just received a new batch this past week and it tastes...I mean it's not bad but it's not the same nor as good as it was. I loved the previous flavor but again it's not a bad taste. I might switch it up next order unless I get used to the slight aftertaste
On third jar though first time on the blue raspberry flavor. I have to say I like the flavor. Performance-wise, I have no complaints as it provides what it's intended to.

The flavor is not what I expected, it's not really a raspberry flavor. It doesn't taste bad, but it reminds me of the old poweraid drinks that had names like "arctic storm" and "blue ice". Flavors that didn't remind you of anything natural.
