I drive part time for a rideshare and these have been a lifesaver. Not to sound gross...I was stuck on freeway and had a passanger fill 2 and a half. None got in my car, thank goodness!!!! Very sturdy!
These are the same bags they had at the hospital I worked at. Great quality.
My daughter gets car sick any ride over than an hour. Perfect to stash in the car in case on an emergency. Good quality.
Good quality plastic bag. Nothing cheap or weak about them. Hold bodily fluids well!
These EverOne Emesis Bags are the best thing since sliced bread for families or if you are regularly the designated driver.
These are puke bags. They are designed for people to puke into without getting it everywhere. When the person is done puking, just twist the top of the bag and snap the twisted part into one of the notches on the side of the plastic collar and everything is securely contained (including the smell) in the bag for disposal.
These bags hold up to 36oz and the plastic collar fits well around your mouth.
I discovered these amazing things once when my son was admitted to the hospital and was vomiting. The nurse produced a few of these magical bags and I was astounded! With 7 kids, I have spent a lot of time washing out trash cans when I was lucky enough that my sick child actually hit the trash can. These are fantastic as they are easily portable and small enough to keep by your side if you are sick.
I also keep these in my glove box of our cars for unexpected illness or when I have a drunken passenger that decides to toss his/her cookies. I take them on trips, too. They are lightweight and easy to tuck into luggage. They made one memorable trip to Mexico much less unpleasant when two of our family members got a stomach bug or food poisoning or whatever made them puke up their toenails.
No kidding, I have given these as gifts to new mothers because the first time you have occasion to use one, you'll know how indispensable they are. The price is good, too, because you get 24 bags. Worth every cent.

Description
EverOne Emesis Bags, Blue 24 Count\nSECURE CLOSURE - For a proper seal, simply twist and secure top of bag through the notched ring - avoiding bad odors and contamination.\nGRADUATED MARKINGS - measure oz and cc/mL
Cons:
These are not individually wrapped, but 24 are stacked (nesting nicely) in a plastic bag. Individually wrapped ones are nice for keeping one or two in each vehicle, office, etc. For a health care setting, this should not be an issue.
The seal is not perfect for keeping the liquid from seeping out, but contains odors if the bag is disposed in an upright orientation.
Pros: Otherwise, these are really nice emesis bags.
The plastic ring keeps the end open to catch the vomit, has smooth edges where it contacts the face, and has the notches on the opposite edge to hold the seal.
The bag has markings to estimate the volume of vomit, which seem reasonably accurate when the bag is held upright without squeezing.
The bags are tucked into the rings and the rings stack securely for shipping and storage, keeping things neat if you're keeping them in bulk.
They're disposable, which beats cleaning a wastebasket used for vomit.
Recommended.

"EverOne Emesis Bags, Blue, 24 Count"
Before our daughter was diagnosed with abdominal migraines, we had stashes of paper and plastic bags everywhere...just in case. Neither of these bags were very reliable in cases of her stomach issues. After a visit to the ER, we were sent home with one of these emesis bags.
LIGHT BULB!!
I was so glad to see that Amazon carried these emesis bags! They are totally worth buying!
These bags by EverOne are sturdy and hold a lot - the measurement lines go up to 36 oz. You can twist and ‘lock’ the bag into the plastic slots for mess-free disposal. And before use, they take up little to no space...and can be tucked into all kinds of places where they might eventually be needed: in a purse, car doors, glove compartment, backpack...
These bags are a necessity that I didn’t know I needed until it was almost too late! Even if you don’t think you need them, they are an awesome item to have stashed in case of that awful stomach emergency!
24 count emesis bags. I have gastroparesis, which means I vomit quite often. I haven't felt safe doing any activity outside the house because of the dreaded "what if". The bags can be small before you open them, this allows them to be disguised in a purse, glove box. Etc. Perfect for accident prevention, i.e. bedside. Easy seal design of the emesis bag. Simply twist and secure the bag into the notched ring of the hard circle to create a tight seal that will prevent odors and spills until the bag can be disposed of. Designed to hold up to 36 fluid ounces (1000cc/1000ml) of content. The wide mouth plastic ring fits securely over the mouth of the user to prevent accidental spillage. The heavy duty non-latex material makes sure there are no leaks or tears while filling or after tying off. Seriously a lifesaver in my life, I can leave the house confidently. These are similar to what they give out in hospital setting/doctors office. If you suffer with vomiting & similar gi issues these are your best bet!!!
Yes, perfect for cars.... With kids in them.... That are sick. Or get carsick. A stack of about 5 are great in the glovebox. To get one out, quickly open it and give to the exorcist child is critical to a parents sanity and a stink free car. These are the right size to have a face in it, catch all the barf without splashback and able to be tied off til you can get to a trash receptacle. The plastic is think enough to easily hold a stomach content without leaking.
Think.... Catch it in this, or in your hand, or a thin grocery bag that'll have holes in it... What would you choose? My vote is on these.
I really had the wrong impression of these bags. From the product photo, I though it was one of those expandable plastic containers that we would reuse. Turns out, they are a stack of 24 disposable plastic bags with round rings. The rings help hold the bags open, then they help secure the bags closed after using. Make sure to open the bags so that the notches face towards the bottom.
There have been so many times when I could have used something like this. Good to have them around now.
