Works great. Kind of confused at first how to put it on but it’s awesome once you get the hang of it. And you can use the ice pack for other things if you dont want to put it in the wrap. The wrap itself is more for the front part of the foot and ankle. I wanted it more for the back of my ankle and my heel but I can still wrap my foot and use this backwards. Its obviously not as effective but still works. Great quality and awesome support.
I have chronic tendonitis on the inside of my ankle. It gives very good hot/cold contact. Easy to apply adjusts well. It would have gotten 5 stars if I could apply the pack to just the inside of my ankle. It definitely beats trying to ace wrap a bulky ice pack to my ankle.

This wrap works really well. I have no cartilage left in my ankle so I am constantly taking Tylenol after hikes and other extended physical activity. This wrap allows me to relieve the pain without taking drugs. The only downside is that when I first put it on, it is so cold that it almost hurts. The pain from the cold goes away after a couple of minutes but those first few minutes can really throb. It’s nice since you can remove the ice pack from the pouch and keep it in the freezer. The pack is slim and doesn’t take much Room in the freezer. There is a pouch in the wrap into which you put the pack. The wrap Velcros snugly to your ankle and is easy to get onto your leg. Very happy with my purchase.
These are great! I can keep them in the freezer and just pull them out to ice down after exercise. These have nice gel packs that stay cold the recommended time frame. The straps are used to tighten around the back of the foot so that they fit well. I love that I can walk around with them on and then just take them off and put them back in the freezer. Perfect for my ankle tendonitis. Does not ice the bottom of the foot.

I love this Foot & Ankle Wrap! Before I got it, I'd have to wrap an ice pack in a towel & fight with it the whole time to stay on. This has made my life so much easier! Now, I just slide the gel pack into its pocket (& it fits in there great!), slip my foot into the wrap & press the velcroed straps in place! It couldn't be any earlier! This is a great product! I highly recommend it!

I really was in need of mine so when one of the Velcro straps stitching unraveled l attempted to sew it back on myself(backwards)🙄 I used it anyway.... I would recommend it though it's med function works great! P.S. When I informed the seller of the stitching malfunction they made good (by their own accountability)! Impressive!

I have had 2 ankle surgeries in the last yr. I have used 3 different wraps. I would have to say this is my favorite. I am able to wear it while at work and I can still fit a sneaker or a flat shoe on with it. It's very comfortable, I forget that I have it on. I haven't tried the option of heating but when I do I will update my review. One other positive side to it is, the ankle wrap holds the ice pack in place. So you basically have a two for one deal.
This is a great way to ice up your foot and still be able to walk around! I broke my foot a few months ago and still experience some swelling after I workout. I was looking for something that I could wear so I wouldn't have to hold an ice pack in place for 20 minutes. This is exactly what I needed! Take note: the ice/heat pack covers the top of the foot and the ankle. This is not for those looking for something to help with heel pain. A great product that is comfortable to wear and I highly recommend!
This wrap fits well and I find I can configure it so the cold pack is on top of my ankle where my current sprain pain is and on the bottom where past plantar fasciitis pain was. It cannot be worn with most shoes, but flip flops work. We all know wearing better supportive shoes helps with chronic foot injuries. It's becoming a routine at night after my work day, to put the cold gel pack in the wrap and wear it while lounging before bed, then keeping it on in bed for ankle support. It's comfortable enough for that. Thank you for a good product.
