I have to say, I was nervous about ordering this after reading the reviews that pills don't stay in their compartments. I'm really confused on those reviews. Either they are reviewing a different case, or the design has changed between when they did the reviews (most recent was March of 2017) and when I ordered mine (May of 2017). The pills stay in place. I shook mine every which way and couldnt get any pills, regardless of some of their tiny sizes, to come out of their assigned spots.
A few commented that the latch doesn't stay closed. My guess is those people received lemons and I believe they should return it, if possible. The ones I ordered (ordered one for my neighbor, too) stay securely closed. No problems at all.
I also tested the tightness of the seal. Although in normal use, there would never be a situation where my case was submerged in liquid, I still submerged it under water. At first I just left it under the water for maybe 30 seconds. Bone dry on the inside, no dampness anywhere, including at the hinges or the front clasp. I then anchored ithe case down and left it under water for a few hours. Still bone dry.
Lastly, the size of the case. This thing is pretty large. My sister has the same case and I liked it so much, I ordered one. But when I received it, it was larger than hers. I like the size of mine better. I wanted it to keep the OTC meds in. My case is currently holding 123 pills. Other than one sinus med, my pills are small so I can fit more in the case. Depending on the size of the pills, it can easily hold 150 pills (my guess is it'll hold more if the pills are small).
For use at home and on trips, it's an easy, one-stop shop for all my generic OTC pills.

Exactly what I wanted. At first I wavered between this and the smaller version, but I'm really glad I got this instead. If you're using any normal or larger sized supplements (ie., not just RX pills that tend to be smaller in my experience), this size is the way to go. It opens and closes relatively easily but definitely not so easy that it could accidentally open in a bag, which is important to me. Plus, the purple with green trim is pretty! I needed something that wasn't labeled by day because I take multiple supplements throughout EACH day, but I do not take the same thing every day. So this is perfect! I looked at a lot of other options before choosing this one, btw. Very happy.
I have bought Vitacarry cases without the gasket and it was a bit too small, I take a lot of vitamins and prescriptions and I had issues with holding all pills. This case is larger and holds larger pills and even my gummy vitamins. Also I have found that this one does not make my gummy vitamin Cs go stale. Unfortunately this makes this case slightly less convenient in terms of portability, see my photo for size difference.
I was concerned this wouldn't be big enough when I read it holds "150 pills." What size pills? I mean. Some of my pills are tiny and if it only holds 150 of those then that's not going to be nearly enough.
Nah. This'll hold 150 BIG pills. This is good. It's large. It's perfect. It's exactly what I need. It seals perfectly when it's closed and holds everything really well.
The only thing I'd note is that if you have difficulty with your finger control the latch to open it may be difficult. That's not a problem for me but I know some folks for whom that might be an issue.
But for me this is perfect.
I love this! It's small enough to keep in my purse rather than keeping 5 pill bottles. I love that the sections go from the bottom all the way to the lid to ensure they don't mix. I also love the close clasp because it makes me feel safer, like it won't just open while in my purse and meds fall everywhere. I did have to put tape on the cover to write each medicine name, perhaps that could be a new version? Something with slots to insert pieces of paper with the medicine name and strength. Anyways, I love it!

It's a bit larger than I expected. Guess I didn't look at the dimensions clearly. The clasp to keep closed seems very study, and I hope it will remain that way.
Great pill organizer. It holds more than one of those weekly ones. I put about a months supply of each med in each slot and I can grab the days dose without having to open a bunch compartments to get each pills. One thing to remember, the top and bottom look pretty similar and if you open this thing upside down you will have a huge mess on your hands. I put a little sticker on the bottom to easily see which way it goes.
Much better than the one this replaced. Love the number of compartments and that it locks secure. Don't have to worry about it popping open and vitamins spilling all over the place. Recommend
