Well I was a little skeptical, then after reading many articles on this type of non-evasive cleansing, I tried it !!! Yes, I did sleep much better at nights, didn't wake up to my usual 3-4 times during the night. I never felt like I had to spend more time in the bathroom at night, (that was my fear). The usual morning "bathroom" routine, but after did feel like things were cleaning out of my body. I did notice the reduction in bloating, as I've been feeling, and don't feel like that anymore. I just finished my 14 day regime, and I can see why it is a good idea to let your body relax as all these extra toxins were truly "released" from my system. I also noticed that I felt less hungry during the day, and did drink even more water, and that seemed to keep me full. I do drink green tea (from scratch) and it made me feel even less bloated. At no time did I have any bathroom emergencies or super sudden urges. The tea is sweet in flavor though I did add some honey like I normally do to tea. I look less puffy then I did before after only a week. The only downside is by the end of the cup of tea, my stomach starts to feel a little nauseous (very very mild) but I think it's just an ingredient not agreeing with me and not something the tea is doing. I do feel more relaxed by the end of the cup as well.

Loved this tea! It has a light fruit taste to it, not overwhelming, no after taste, didn't give me the runs but did regulate me. I was strarting to struggle with insomnia do to stress and this tea relaxed me so much that i fell asleep in the middle of a movie a couple of times.
