these ice bags are perfect size for neck, knee, ankle, etc...Adults and Kids both. They work great, they do not leak at all! They are easy to clean up, you just empty and put in your dishrack opening down and they dry without issue. No mold or mildew smell. I would recommend

My kids love it. It gets super cold when filled with ice. Better than the ziploc baggies . So no wet anymore .
I have bad cramps that I have to use heat and ice to help with...so far I've used these with the heat and it works well and they're cute.
