Just completed 4 weeks after having tkr surgery. This pack works outstanding for use over my knee, as well as being able to use on my quads due to muscle soreness. At first the pack was very slow stiff and was painful to place over my knee, but I soon learned to message the ice pack so it was more malleable and was then quite comfortable. This pack holds the cool extremely well. I usually leave it on for about 15 minutes, and it stays very cold. The material is high quality, as is the construction. I would not hesitate to recommend this wrap to anyone needing a reusable ice wrap.
This knee brace works well, stays on great and you can even walk around in it. However, I wish you could turn the ice pad around in all directions. My kneed pain is on the side of my knee and the ice pad targets the top and bottom on the knee cap.
I absolutely love this ice pack. It is easy to put on and is very comfortable. I am a runner with a minicus tear which sometimes causes swelling. This ice pack is thi best one I have used. The best part is that I can walk around with it on.
The Coldest Knee wrap is easy to use but the gel pack that it came with must be folded to fit in the net pocket. This limits the cold therapy to a very small area and lasts about a hour at most. It’s almost as if the gel pack was meant for another wrap. Suffice to say, I am disappointed in this wrap’s hype.
This cold pack is very easy to use, providing cold comfort to the knee as promised. The velcro wrap holds it in place. It appears very durable and well-constructed. We are happy with this purchase!

This product works very well. Flexible, comfortable, and well made. The icing insert is well made, however melts quickly.
It applies the cold where it is needed, right around the knee joint!
