Great product. The wire inside is quite flexible. It warms up fast, and the heat distributed well(not only at the wire position). The cover is soft, comfortable. Great product.
I have bought and owned many heating pads due to my arthritis which can be debilitating. This heating pad is the best by far! It comes with a belt to contour to your body if needed which is a nice extra. The cord design is a great improvement over others I have owned. Is has 6 settings. I didn't think it was low heat producer as some people did. A setting of 3 or 4 was sufficient heat for me. I'm very satisfied! I've paid twice the amount for lesser quality.
This heating pad is SO much softer than my old one!! I love how comfy it is to lay on.
It has 6 heat settings, and I’ve found that I prefer the level 5 setting on my low back. I lay the heating pad over my lumbar pillow and relax onto the combo.
This is actually a bit smaller size than my old heating pad and I opted for this size because it is the perfect width to cover my whole body from low back to thighs, but not so wide that I can’t roll off of it easily when I’m half asleep and get hot. It’s the perfect size 👌

It comes with a sound and wonderful package. The material is quite soft. My husband and I used several times, both of us felt pain relief after using this. There are several levels of temperature, level two is quite comfortable to me. I would like to recommend it to anyone with a shoulder or back pain.

I wanted a very hot heating pad. This is not very hot but does the job. I love the three hour auto off. I bought this on sale and it arrived promptly and well packaged. It has a lifetime warranty so that's a plus! I've encountered no problems so far. I gave it five stars because it meets their heat description even though I wished it were hotter.
