This product has helped me significantly. Over the years I have "burned" and stressed my body out. It got to the point where anxiety, stress and depression overwhelmed me and standard doctors didn't know what to do with me other than send me to a psychiatrist who told me I was stressed & depressed - which I already knew. Prescription meds were prescribed and all they did was mask my feelings and made me feel awful. For years I lived in a downward spiral, not wanting go or do anything. Additionally, I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, thus adding to the overall pain and debilitation. I finally found a naturopath who helped me and recommended that I take extensive amounts of Rhodiola Rosea. It took several months taking large doses, but I gradually became more "human" and less anxious, stressed and depressed. I can only speak for myself and my experience, but I feel so much better. I am by far less anxious while enjoying doing things and meeting people, which was too stressful previously. This product has truly helped my body to become more healthy and I can only hope that it will do the same for others who are in similar situations.

My mind is pretty much running all of the time and I feel a constant need to produce - so an anxious feeling most of the day. This lets me feel at ease. It worked immediately. It is supposed to ease up on your midsection fat storage as well, but I am sure that would take time to notice. You would probably need to lose weight first and see if it comes back.

I have an autoimmune disorder that causes crazy brain fog. Rhodiola has helped me more than anything I have tried. It is amazing.
