I bought this because I had been using one from Germany and always wanted a few more but had a real hard time finding them without paying an arm and a leg. This is a good quality pillow and it came in handy after my Mom had her knee surgery. It was her favorite go to as an ice pack.
My sports massage therapist had one so I ordered my own. So much better than a plug in heating pad.
You are missing a great product if you don't trust most of these reviews. I love Cherry Pit Pillows made by this company.

Pain relief is irrelevant for us, I got this for my 10 year old after the old rice bag started to smell burnt. It has a very strong pungent odor, but kiddo isn't bothered by it. Definitely worth it.
