Large Universal 2-Pocket 8"x9" Crutch Bag/Tote / Pouch

Large Universal 2-Pocket 8"x9" Crutch Bag/Tote / Pouch (Purple)

Large Universal 2-Pocket 8

While recovering from major leg surgery I needed crutches to get around. On a whim I ordered this little Crutch Bag. I live by myself and after the surgery I had very little to no help and no way to carry anything. This little pouch enabled me to carry around my medications, get my covered drinking glass, lunch and whatever else from one area to another. Anything that would fit into it.
It has 4 velcro straps that hold it securely to the crutch. So it doesn't move around while walking.
It came in very handy and I was really glad that I purchased it.

This crutch bag is awesome!! The quality of the bag is great too! My husband has found it to be great in the last 8 weeks he has used it. He can place a Yetti cup (with closed lid) inside of it and can hobble around his office at work. It also has a mesh pocket in the front where he has stored a small flash light for when he needed to get around in the middle of the night without waking our family up.
We have gotten many compliments on it and asked where we found such an item. The only complaint he had was that it’s designed to strap around the handle which leaves no room for his hand to fit around to hold on to the crutch. We ended up just getting 2 zip ties that allowed the bag to hang a little below the handle which then allowed him to grip the handle properly.

This is a very useful product. I just got mine in today and it has already been a big help. It’s about 9 inches tall and 7in wide. The straps on the bottom were difficult to get perfect but I managed.

I have found that a backpack is crucial if you are on crutches, but getting my phone out of the backpack is a challenge. This holds my phone, and if I am just making a trip to get couple small things like a fruit cup, fork, diet soda, this is perfect! If you are shopping, you can keep your wallet, keys, phone in easy access.

Very helpful when using crutches. I wouldn’t want to carry too much in it to add extra weight as you could become unbalanced. I used it to carry my cell phone when using the crutches in my home after ankle surgery in case I would need any help while moving about in the house. The product is large enough for a bottled water or ID cards/money if you weren’t able to carry a purse.

Turned out to be more spacious than I thought, but only fits a small notebook in the pouch (not 8X11). Was sturdy and stayed in place on the crutch well. I was able to fit my car keys and a soda can in the font mesh pocket or carry a refillable water bottle (24 oz) in the large pocket.

If you have to be on crutches for any length of time this is a must have item.
It was large enough to carry my kindle, phone and other little items inside. Or place a bottle of water on the inside and your phone on the outside and your all set. It made being on crutches just a little more bearable.

I bought this for my boyfriend who had ACL reconstruction surgery. I have several friends who have also had ACL reconstructions and other various reasons to be on crutches, and I have observed how annoying it was for them to try to carry small things around. Once our other friends saw my boyfriend with this crutch pocket, they were so upset that they did not have something like it when they were on crutches! The pouch is a good size to fit a few smaller things (cell phone, wallet, keys, or a book, snacks, etc) and can even fit a 1-liter Nalgene bottle. This was really helpful for my boyfriend to make sure he always had basic necessary items around him without needing to get up so many times. It's also great for keeping small necessary items quickly accessible, so that you don't have to stop to take off and get into a backpack while crutching around.

Bought two (one for each crutch). Made my life SO much easier, although one twice as big would have been even nicer (although I can see how that could be difficult if it was made too heavy when filled up). Definitely recommended. A little awkward to attach, but it foes need to be universal. And once attached, there shouldn't be a need to detach it.

This little satchel for your crutches makes moving around a lot easier. I am able to carry my keys, phone, wallet, sunglasses, etc. around work and my house with ease. The velcro, as other reviewers have stated, is not completely logical and you kind of need to hack it together to make it stay in place on the crutch. One issue I had was that when it was strapped on in the first place, I could no longer place my hand around the handle of the crutch, so I needed to keep it loose in order to move around. 4/5 for me on this one, if there were instructions or better pictures about how to attach it to the crutch, it would be a 5/5. Constantly get comments about how clever this little pouch is. Worth it, would like a better closure - maybe a zipper or a snap to ensure things don't fall out if the crutch gets knocked over.
