Great size for knees and elbows. I fold it in half to fit in the microwave, then microve for 60 seconds. I then turn it inside out and microwave for another 60 seconds or so. I was having pretty bad knee pains for a couple of weeks and I went to bed with this wrapped around my knee every night for a week and the pain is all but gone! I know it'll come back, but all I'll have to do is repeat the process.
My biggest complaint though is that it doesn't stay warm long enough. Sure wish they'd go back to the original "Bed Buddy" formula where you'd heat them for 3 minutes and they'd stay warm for hours!
Good heat wraps for knees and other places. We have a collection of Bed Buddies in different shapes and sizes and they get a lot of family use for one reason or another. These are pretty good for the knees as they can be worn while standing. I have also linked them together and used them around the neck/shoulders. They heat a max of two minutes, so they're ready to use quickly. The velcro is strong so can be worn as tightly as desired. Good product.
These guys are awesome. I've been battling a shoulder injury, and these actually stay where they are needed. Just like the other bed buddies, they feel nice and radiating warm on sore muscles. They are also fantastic to use in the office while maintenance messes with the thermostat.
Size, shape makes it usable just about anywhere. Velcro comes in handy at times. Great for a bad day with fibromyalgia. Heat is moist and works very well. Just took one out of freezer to wrap on neck and will use over eyes and forehead for migraines. Comes out of freezer more cool than cold and doesn't last very long, but seemed enough for neck tension and headaches. Ordered in a hurry and under product description it mentioned two different sizes. Mistakenly thought I would get one small and one large. Now realize I hadn't read it through but think it would make sense to package one of each instead of two large or two small.
The convenience and usability of this device is sufficient for a "buy" recommendation. Thanks for offering it.

I love all the Bed Buddy hot/cold products. I use them mostly for heat. Made from natural grains. The heat lasts a long time. I use it a lot to help warm my feet during cold winter nights. Easy transaction.
Seems meant for heating purposes mainly, I purchased this for use as a cold compress, and even after following the instructions to keep in the freezer at least 8 hours, it does not retain cold for long. Works great for use as a heating pad, and large enough to cover large areas.
Great value and speedy shipment, works terrific and provides excellent moist heat therapy, does develop a unique smell after a few cycles in the microwave. I would purchase again without question. Highly recommend based on quality and value.
AWESOME !!! exactly what I wanted and a very affordable price; I had these before and need new ones;
Work well for heat. They don't get cold enough really. So I use them exclusively for heat packs. Put them in my microwave for 2 minutes and they're pretty hot.
