I have always used Bed Buddy productions... this one is my favorite because I can wrap it around my neck when I have a migraine or stiff neck or I can use it on other parts of my body. Really soothes and helps with stiff and achy muscles.
I have bought around 10 of these, I love the heat.
I give these to anyone I know who has back pain.
Using them cold does not last long enouht for me.
Easy to use hot or cold . 2ND time I've ordered. Wore the 1St one out. Lasts a long time, handles make it easy to place in hard to reach areas of your back.
