This is the third one I have bought for my daughter. She can't sleep without it. She still has the other two just a lot loved!
Haven't had to use him as a heat pack or ice pad but there are some issues with the basic design on the arms.
Our kids love their sootheze! We bought the brown bear at a hotel gift shop a few years ago for our 3-year old, and it has always been a fun bedtime treat for him. Pop "Berry" in the micro for 3 minutes, and prepare to snuggle. I'm so glad I searched and found the tiger on here, so now my oldest can share in the fun.
They stay warm for hours. And both of our sootheze animals are really well constructed, particularly the bear has put up with a lot of abuse.
