For anybody looking to kick up their intensity go with AmmoniaSport Athletic Smelling Salts. The reason why I say that is based off my use of their product. Training in a high intensity fashion (1 set/rest pause to failure), I need to clarity and focus to help get me through the set, which the product provided the extra boost I required.
The smell is not overpowering, but it definitely "wakes you up". To be honest, it got me past a couple of grueling workouts, where I thought there was no way I could hit that many reps with that weight.
Is it a miracle product? no, but it can help anybody looking to add a new element to their training. Overall, my use was positive.
I don't usually write product reviews but this time I did in case it helps someone else. Like others, I'm using this to stay awake when driving home after work. Basically, it works for me when coffee and energy drinks don't work anymore. Plus, you won't have to use the bathroom which is another problem when drinking coffee or energy drinks. But, some of the pouches are definitely less effective than others. They're not torn, but they are "dried up" somehow. So far about half of the pouches I've used are dried up, half are ok (strong). I followed the advice of other people here and when I get a "good" pouch, I put it in an empty pill bottle. Then I can just sniff from the pill bottle and reuse one pouch for three or four times. Overall I recommend this product if you're like me and desperately need some (legal) way to stay awake!!
I highly recommend using this product as its effect on my focus is incredible. My thoughts can be racing especially before a big game or performance and using ammonia sport has helped focus those thoughts instantly on the task at hand and nothing else. Absolutely recommend using it before and/or during half time of a game. A+ product
I usually drink pre-workout when I go to the gym, but I never feel good after doing it so I decided to give ammonia sport a try.... This stuff is incredible. Great for morning workouts especially because it wakes you right up. After sniffing it just once your nostrils open up and you are good to go!

As someone who has tried both here are my thoughts... They are not quite as strong as the ampules but I like the formula better. Also if u close it right after opening you can get a couple extra sniffs out of it

I love them, I use them all the time I mean all the time I bought the Pouches the only thing I wish is they were more potent but they do the job and they last a long time. Yes everyone out that use smelling salts they are worth the money. I say buy them.
