I am an adult using this on my backpack to keep my inhaler on hand while commuting on the subway. The velcro is very very strong and has not detached itself from my backpack strap. However do not use the clip, loop attaching itself to the clip broke after the first use.
Cute and easily attached to my purse. I may be 60, but asthma kills.
