I LOVE this case, I use only large pills so I could only fit about 6 pills in so I popped out the divider (it's just taped in the bottom) and it fits so much more! I am so much happier without the divider. The latch doesn't easily pop open if you're not trying to get in it. It's very well made, just lots of wasted space with that plastic divider. I can see the divider being helpful if you use multiple kinds of small pills, just not helpful for me.
Yes! I recently started taking medication for anxiety and thought this would be perfect! It is so small but also fits quite a few pills. I was getting so annoyed with having the whole bottle in my purse all the time and this was by far the best solution. It has not opened up in my purse yet and the clasp seems very solid. The lid is a little loose but only when opened, it's completely solid when closed so I almost think that was intentional in the design.
I'm really excited for this pill case. It holds quite a few each compartment. Also, you can take out the plastic insert, which is held in place with double sided sticky tape. I'm okay with that BC you can't tell either way. It has a little mirror on the inside of the top as well. The art work is very nice 😊
Cute little case to haul my pharmacy of pain killers and allergy meds around in.
The only tiny complaint I have is SOMETIMES something in my cosmetic bag will press against the button and it will spill some of the contents into my bag. But I do try and keep the button pointed up so that doesn't happen too often.

Ok... LOVE this for obvious reasons. Disclaimer: it is small. It will probably NOT hold any significant amount of large vitamins or supplements. However, it easily holds about 8 medium size capsules (the ones used pretty standard for prescription medication) plus a couple extra small pills. I bought this for what it is basically meant for - to take prescription medication with me in my purse for use during the day. I was starting a medication which I would need to take three times a day, which is the only medication I needed to take more often than the morning and night (for morning and night I have a non-decorative pill box I keep at home which meets my needs). I wanted a small pill box for my medication while I was at work (4 days/week). This box, although small, basically holds an 8 day supply of capsules, lasting me 2 work weeks. If using for a small or extra small tablet this box would hold many more.

Some have commented about the hinge being loose, so I took a look before gifting. I have several pillboxes, and some are designed to stay open at whatever angle. One that I bought in Italy while on vacation has a hinge just like the Hatter pillbox and it hasn't posed a problem, still intact after 6 years. So nothing to worry about here.
I've been underwhelmed with other pill boxes but this one is a win. The construction is quality, the graphics are crisp and accurate, and it feels weighty and solid in my hand. The clasp opens with a push of the little button but you have to push like you mean it, which tells me that it won't come open in my purse. Perfect! I'm actually back to order another one for a gift. Nice product. Very good quality. Would recommend purchasing. There a plastic insert divider it takes up a little bit a room but can be removed. I haven’t had too many problems with the popping open, the only time was when I had it in a big pouch with multiple other items. Not an issue when carrying in my pocket.
Looks good and has a good weight to it. Only downside: it will open if you drop it, so don’t drop it! ;)
Great little pill box for my purse! I’ve had it 10 months now and I love it. Holds just what I need to carry for emergencies.
