I purchased the knee wrap because of the reusable gel pack and the convenience of being able to attach it to my knee without having to hold it like an ice pack. Also, the convenience of being able to walk around with it attached to my knee. Love it.

I use this every time I run. It's very convenient to grab out of my freezer and put on my knee or arm. The only down fall that I have with the product is that the material is thick so the cold does not penetrate to my knee as well as I would like. Overall for the price you cant beat it.

My husband had a knee surgery a few years back and has developed "Runners knee", this reduces swelling so comfortably for him when he gets home from work.

I love this knee wrap. Very versatile, fits very well, snug and comfortable. Even used it on my ankle last as with the two velcro straps it very easy to wrap around anything.

My husband had a torn muscle and the doctor gave the usual instructions of ice for 20 minutes every hour. This has worked very well. We love the straps.

I used this product for periodic icing of my knee after meniscus surgery on my knee.

Perfect shape, the ice pack part is flexible and it conforms nicely to the knee.
