When it first arrived, I admit it didn't look like much and I was unimpressed. But I finally had the "opportunity" to use it and worked like a charm. The tick was in a hard to reach place on my ribs. I soaked it with a little soapy water for ten seconds and then used the tool and it came right out - so easy and got the head and all. I'm ordering another to have in my car.
The Tick Pliers are made of plastic and of decent quality, I bought them for hiking and camping. They look like they will get the job done if and when I encounter a tick. The Viewing glass is a bonus and clear, this will help to identify whatever it is you pry off of yourself or pet. The build quality feels quite sturdy for this kind of product, I don't expect this to break any time soon.

I believe this is a wonderful tool to get rid of ticks. I like the design and the function. Once I got it the ticks quit attaching so no chance of trying it yet. Maybe that is the magic?

This the best tick removal tool I have used, my cats and dog don't react when I remove the ticks. Before I used a pincher and that seems the hurt when I pulled the ticks off. With this I have pulled of their faces and no problem

Best tick remover! I use these on my dog and myself and my husband! We live in the woods and have ticks daily. They come off so easy with this product! This is my second one.
I have one in my pocket whenever I go in the woods.
