Microwaveable Heating Pad (Black Plaid)

Microwaveable Heating Pad (Black Plaid)

A size reference

I use it for my abdomen.

Pros:
Stays hot /warm for 30 minutes to an hour+ (I heat it up for 2 min, wait a little then heat it up for an additional 45 seconds. However you should read the directions and do as they suggest).
Cute
Soft
Smells good
Feels great
Can use as a hot or cold pack

Cons:
Can not wash it

AMAZING!!! It keeps the heat with only 90 seconds in the microwave! Feels great on sore shoulders or knees and without any chemicals to smell or stain your clothes. A simple home remedy better than any heating pad. I keep on at home and one at my office. When I'm having a long day and my back can't take it, I can use this since there are no heating pads allowed at our desks. A GREAT product...something like your Grandma would make for you. THANKS!!!

Just starting this by saying I used this mainly as a menstrual heating pad and BOY DID THIS WORK! I bought this about a year and four months ago and it’s served me beautifully!! I would get HORRIBLE pains were Tylenol alone just wouldn’t cut it—until I paired them with THIS. The RELIEF I felt was wonderful and it would help immensely with the pain! I am eternally grateful I stumbled upon this. I would also use it if I had back pains and Even migraines.
There is a warning to this tale though! When it says heating pad it means HEAT!
The first time I was going to use it I didn’t know how long I should heat it up for so I looked at other reviews and followed the advise of someone saying that heat it max 2 minutes & 30 seconds. And yup I agree with that. 2 minutes on high can BURN so be careful.
I would heat it up to 2:40 mainly so it could last a bit longer for my cramps and it would last me near to 2hrs and still remain a bit warm an 1hr 1/2 afterwards. At night I would put it under my blanket and it would last me a good 4 hrs till I had to heat it up again.
The bad part is that this last month my heating pad isn’t retaining its usual heat as long as it used to. Don’t get me wrong it’s done an amazing job but I DID use it a lot (for my cramps/backaches) and if I had to guess 8hrs-10hrs, 4-5 days a month nonstop for a year and four months... so I guess it was to be expected. Thumbs way up high for this heating up. Yah did good 👍🏼

Whenever I have an ache in my muscles I run to find this and heat it up. It holds a ton of heat and is easily placed on the target area. It is great quality and looks like it's going to last for a long time. Great purchase.

So great! I out a little water on both sides to help retain the heat longer. I out it in for around 3min. This thing is fantastic! I've got really bad back pain and this thing does wonders to help relax my back muscles. Highly recommended!!

This is the perfect size for a knee or neck!! Holds the heat for a long time!! Great value!!!

i really like the ease of using this heating pad. I just put it in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes in the microwave and that's it. It stays warm for about 20 minutes or so. My only complaint is that it has a bit of an odor when it comes out of the microwave, but it's bearable.

I really love it!! So easy to use, I microwave it for 90 seconds and it is still warm after 40 minutes. I'm gonna use it for after I give birth to smooth the breasts and help with milk let down. I will update if it works!

This heating pad is a nice size for putting on the knee. It's also quite attractive. It is made well and holds the heat nicely.
