Wow! This is such an awesome product. I have had TMJ issues for most of my life, but a few months ago I started experiencing popping and extreme pain in my jaw from grinding my teeth. I grind my teeth when I'm awake and stressed, but the dentist insisted I should get a night guard that cost $500! He also recommended doing warm compresses and I discovered this wonderful wrap. There has been such a difference for my jaw since using this that I'm extremely grateful for it.
**Update**- my jaw has felt 90% better, I still have some issues but using this for a warm compress has been so beneficial.

Having had mine out I know it's horrible and sooooo glad that I bought this
Her hands were free for her beloved phone and to nap without having to hold ice to her face
I bought extra round ice packs from amazon and just placed two on each side while the packs that came with this set were freezing again

I will say that she did need to have her hair in a top bun in order for this to stay out because it's big and the Velcro doesn't extend that far to make it smaller but the bun helped and she loved how soft it was as well
This was indispensable during daughter’s wisdom teeth extraction recovery. We were given a cheap satin wrap from the surgery center, but when cycling it on and off every 30 minutes, having two wraps and extra cold packs was really nice those first few days because there was always one that was completely cold at hand. Her swelling was minimal thanks to this comfortable cold pack and setting a timer every 30 min during waking hours those first three days post-op. Buy it in advance of surgery date so it will be chilled and ready as soon as you get home!
Now that her surgery recovery is done, I have repurposed it as a wrap to cool off while having hot flashes, as mine tend to make my cheeks and face hot, hahaha

I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, and I am SO freaking glad I bought this before the surgery! Even though I can handle pain better than most, and the swelling on my face was minimum-moderate, I still enjoyed and wanted ice to be applied to my face 24/7! It did help with the pain and swelling. The quality of the ice packs and the head wrap itself are pretty solid. There was minimum fraying on the outer rim of the ice packs (because I used them so much), but there was zero ware and tare on the head wrap. By the way, whatever the material the head wrap is, is very breathable and durable.
My only con about this product is I wish more of my cheeks could be covered by ice, but this is such a small gripe.

Just got my package and are trying the product for the first time as I type at this time I am extremely pleased. I suffer from TMG which comes and goes when it comes it affects me completely almost immobilizing me. Usually I use a water soaked wash cloth (micro waved for 60 seconds) and a heating pad to keep it warm this is bulky but effective.
With the pads it seems to keep the treatment heated for about 20, not bad since you can have a new one heated up and ready and just witch them out. I think I may also heat the cloth and put it on the inside, that warm-hot-moist heat feels great.

So happy I found this product. I suffer from horrible jaw pain and have to ice my jaw around three times a week. This is the best product I have found to ice it with. It wraps around my head snugly and holds the ice packs right over my jaw on both sides. I can wear it comfortably, even when laying down. I highly recommend this product.
This is exactly what I was looking for. Used it about 8 times. The description and quality were as expected. The fit was perfect. I used this to eliminate jaw pain I get. It not only relieves the jaw pain but helps with the ear pain as well that I get due to sinus issues.
I have a small head and got this to work with just one side filled.It would have been nice to have it a bit snugger but if it becomes that big a problem you can always buy the stick-on Velcro strips and put them on.
It did come with a strong chemical smell and I was informed that it could be washed. As one reviewer mentioned the cold does not last super long so I put the mask in a Ziploc bag and put it in the freezer for extra coldness-when I took it out the odor was gone. If you are in a lot of pain and need both sides at once I would buy extra gel packs.It was very soothing and helped reduce my swelling. Glad it's in my medicine supplies.
I recently had jaw surgery and this was a must have item and I was so happy that I had ordered it ahead of time. The gel packs worked perfectly for both freezing and heating in microwave, and the material in the sleeves really helped to maintain the cold or heat. The material is nice too and feels comforting on your face. It was so comfortable, that several times I found myself napping especially with the heated pad inserted.
