This large size is great. I wrap it around my neck and shoulders or I lay it down on my pillow. I have a torn muscle in my shoulder and bad neck pain. This helps me ice it down. I have three Elasto-Gel products. My PT uses them exclusively. They are awesome. Make sure you save the bag so you can put it in your freezer and it won't get wet or take up any odors.
We love these ice packs! we have had several over the many years, 15+. When our friends have surgery we buy one and give it to them as well. They are so much better than the ice bag the hospital sends home with you. The ice pack molds to your body and put the cold right where it is needed; even through a wrap bandage.
I had knee replacement surgery in February. After starting Physical Therapy, they would place a wrap around my knee when we finished. I looked up and found the same wrap they were using, ordered it and used it at home. What a relief after completing my home workouts. Kept my knee from swelling. I would recommend this to anyone after they checked with their physical therapists if it would be beneficial for them. Good luck and keep exercising! It's worth it in the long run!!
Best ice wrap ever. Got the brand name from the physical therapist. It’s soft and very cold. Only downside is I probably ordered too big a wrap (length and width). But I would rather it be too big than too small.
This product is awesome! Stays cool a long time. Not wet or messy. Comfortable to apply to various areas of injury because it is pliable. I highly recommend this type (elastomer-gel) of cold therapy. I choose to use it only for cold then I use a rice pack in microwave for heat therapy. I think this will allow the elastomer to last longer. And the rice pack also will mold comfortably to any area of the body for heat therapy.

Very easy to maneuver around my knee.
I don't like the fact that no matter what I do I still get icicles on it, which makes it damp.
This is a great therapy gel compress.. My wife had some shoulder problems and this is what the PT recommended. No complaints. Thanks for Prime and a great product.

I have arthritis in my knee and this wrap works so good because it also you can wrap it around the back of my knee I am so happy I bought this I use it 3 to 4 times a week
