There's not much you can say about a triangle bandage. Either it's a bandage or it's not.

These bandages are individually wrapped in little ziploc bags and include safety pins for... well, pinning them. The bandage fabric itself is a little thinner than other brands I have seen, but it's also thicker than some others I've seen. As for doubling as a sling, yeah, in a pinch it will work but it wouldn't be my first choice as a sling.

For it's current price of .61 cents apiece you'd be a bit daft to complain.

It's a bandage, it bandages things, can also be used to tie and bind things. Your imagination is your limit with these.

Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it!

Individually wrapped, thin "gauze like" triangluar bandages. Non-sterile, so not for dressing material. For most folks, a triangular bandage is just used to hold a dressing in place, or to secure make-shift splinting material. For those purposes, these will work fine. They are small and wrapped in a zip lock and cheap. Some folks use triangular bandages for slings. These are too flimsy for that purpose.

I expected an emergency triangle bandage and that's exactly what I got. They are neatly packaged in individual zip-lock bags with 2 safety pins. They look filmy and flimsy, but I'm a 6 foot plus sized guy and I tried one on for size; it's huge and more than adequate for any emergency. I would expect them to last a few days of use, and that is more than adequate for emergencies. These are going into my car and back pack med kits and I'll never worry about their utility.

I'm an EMT and WFR and I am in the process of building several 'jump' bags for myself (home, car, 72-hour/hiking) and I love how this product comes with 12 individually sealed cravats. These little guys have so many uses in the field (slings, tourniquets, securing splints) having at least 2 in any first aid kit is a must!

This product is what it is and the review is for the product not for the description or the seller.

Well folks, this is a Triangular bandage with 2 safety pins... nothing special.

Made the mistake of reading "12" in the description not as size but qty. doh. I believe its the same mistake as the other reviewer.

Description

Dynarex 12 Triangular Bandage 40x40x56, 12 Count

Triangular bandages are so vitally important to first aid and these are good quality.

Not much to say about triangular bandages. They appear fine, but I didn't open one because I'm fairly confident they'll work. I didn't think I needed 12, but I put one in each car and in each first aid kit.
Recommended? Nothing fancy, but you should have one around anyhow.

Recently failed at amputating my finger with a chainsaw, blood quickly soaked through the gauze I had so I used this to wrap around the gauze and apply pressure to my wound and keep everything in place so I could drive myself to the hospital.

Other reviewers pretty well covered the pros & cons. A EMT recommended a couple for my trauma bag. From my training, it is not a difficult item to use. They are thin material & do come with safety pins. Being so thin, durability is questionable if the victim has to use one for an extended period.

A+ seller! Item as described! Highly recommended!
