I was surprised that this product would actually help as much as it did. I have degenerative disc disease and other issues with my lower back. It doesn't fix the issue but def loosened up my back and made the pain a lot less. I have found using it several times a week really does help ease some of the discomfort.
This was a gift for my daughter & at first she was unsure about this & chalked it up to being an odd gift. She was pleasantly surprised how much she liked it once she used it a few times. I'd say it's worth the money!
This mat is amazing. It seems a little intimidating at first. I love the fact that it is longer because I am taller. The first time I used it I felt a headache coming on and by the time I was finished there was no headache! The second time I set a timer because it states not to use it more than 15 minutes. I almost fell asleep! Definitely recommended!
How it makes me feel after using it. It feels just fabulous. I have become a firm believer in this.

I love how it feels. Hurts a little but feels good after awhile. I use this for my back. I work at a place that I’m constantly on my feet.
I did feel the itchy feeling that everyone described as the "this is how you know it's working " I didn't experience life changing results however. I felt relief after using the mat but 3 to 4 hours later the pain was back
I use it to relieve my chronic lower back pain. The mat doesn’t do much for me; I can’t even feel the little plastic spikes. However, I LOVE the pillow, and I use that under my back or neck, as needed. The relief is wonderful.
I love the mat and it does help. I have major tense muscles and it does help with my shoulders.
