I'm in a rehab facility for therapy and also for wound caret hat involves having to change the bandages on my lower legs each day. Because of this I was looking for a 4" ace type wrap bandage that would give me the correct amount of pressure on my leg and be comfortable. I also needed a lot of them because the wounds drain through and the wraps need to be washed every day. So finding an affordable 6 pack 4" velcro wrap bandage that is comfortable and easy to get, couldn't ask for more. I have already ordered the 6" in the 6 pack and put both in my shopping list for later to reorder. The bandages are comfortable and softer then the ones from the rehab facility that's why I am needing to get them, before my legs were hurting so much just from the bandages. And I have been dealing with wrapping my legs for over 15 years due to poor circulation and these are the best wraps and easiest I have found in a long time, but certainly the most comfortable.
These bandages are great! My 14 year old sustained a tibia, Fibula break on November 18th. After surgery he was wrapped with bandages and a walking boot. Although I thought he would be out of his walking boot sooner, he is still having to wear it. As of January 3rd he still had 8 weeks (at least) in it. Although they said he could wear a sock instead of bandages, he finds the bandages comforting because they are thicker. His old bandages had become pretty ragged so, I needed to purchase more. I found these bandages to be the most economical and prayed they would be good. My son said, “WOW! Those bandages from the hospital are like old cloth, these are DADDY MATERIAL!” Lol That is 14 year old slang talk meaning, these bandages are thick, strong, and very comfortable. Being an athletetic mother with 2 young athletes, these bandages will be my top choice from now on.
My Dad was given one of these wraps while he was in the hospital and he ended up not needing it. Thankfully he had given to me because I injured my knee and needed a good wrap. It worked perfectly! Supportive but very comfortable and the “Velcro” works incredibly well! I’ve never had a problem with it slipping or coming undone. I wanted to have a few more and was thrilled to find them available here on amazon! Get these bandages!
My son had foot surgery and wore a soft cast for 11 weeks. We use this elastic bandage to wrap his cast. We really like the velcro at both ends to secure the bandage. For a foot to leg wrap, you would need 2 bandages. Buy 4 bandages so you have a change of bandages while 1 set is in the wash. Put the bandages into a small wash bag and make sure the velcro is attached to the bandage to prevent it from damaging your other clothes. We air-dried rather than used the dryer. This bandage lasted 11 weeks (and can probably last longer if we need it) so I highly recommend it. It seemed pricey at first but since it lasted for some many weeks, it's actually a great deal.
Nice length: it goes around my leg three times above my knee and three times below (other bands were twice and once only). It has velcro at both ends, at the beginning helps to hold the band in place nicely from the get-go (others have the velcro, aka hook-and-loop closure, only at one end, not bad, but I like both ends better).

I was teaching a class as I am an EMT and needed a cheaper option than the name brand "ACE bandages". They serve there purpose fine. The velcro is very weak, right out of the box, but other than that they work well. In my experience the name brand ACE velcro wears out pretty quick after a few uses anyway.
I didn't know that elastic bandages existed with velcro until I sprained my foot in a car accident and had to keep it wrapped & in a post op shoe. I pricked myself so many times with those hooks that you get with the elastic bandage that I had little pieces of skin hanging off my finger. My sister mentioned the velcro kind and now I am happy. So easy to use and comfortable. The material is so soft. I am accident prone so glad I found it now! Too bad I didn't find it before I sprained my left foot twice, right foot twice, broke my right foot and my right ankle!
First: these work great; they wash well and retain their stretchiness. Great value for price.
Though I did not have a reaction as bad as to “self-adhering” support bandages, I did have a enough of a reaction after a week of constant wear (with proper washing) for a serious knee injury that I had to discontinue use - but that’s far longer than I’ve been able to use any other support bandage!
I bought these to wrap up my foot after undergoing “Subtalar Joint Arthrodesis” surgery. The Velcro works so well that when removing the bandage it can wear out the bandage prematurely. After 5 uses and subsequent laundering, the elastic strands break and they wear out too quickly for my taste, but they do keep my foot and ankle stabilized, which is the key!!
I originally bought this for my sister who partially tore her MCL. She compared them to other brands and said these overall stayed put on her knee - no slipping and sliding and versatile to put inside her jeans or leggings without the bandage sticking out so much. So the quality is on par! The price isn't too bag knowing that you're getting two for the price of one at Walgreens or CVS.
