I purchased other HOMETOP animal hot water bottles in the past and liked them but Unpugnaciuos, which is what we named this last one is the best. This one was purchased as a gift for my 18 year old son, at his request. It has the same great quality bottle, good quality stitching, the bottle slides in and out easily and it is also adorable. I did read some reviews that said the head is to large. That may have benefits for some but not others. We are going to have Unpugnacious at the head of the bed and the other HOMETOP animal hot water bottles at the foot of the bed so the large head makes it easy to find and hold so it works as a plus for us. I don't know what the loop between the ears is for but it does not take away from the item.
I have bottle fed babies and they were getting extremely sick and some have passed away from fading puppy syndrome. the white one is the runt and still alive, the brown one is one that passed away. This I will say gives them comfort they love the warmth and helps the runt thrive.

My 11 year old son loves this. It's his new favorite thing to bring to bed since his room can get a bit chilly at night. I don't detect any odor from the water bottle. I think it is even helping him fall asleep faster and it's cuter in person. I would recommend this.
My 4 year old loves this! It’s so soft and cozy and quite big. It stays warm a long time. The face (pug) is a lot cuter in person. The only thing I would say is I wish the fabric was a little thicker so that it would last for years to come. Worth having it shipped to Canada :-)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure maximum life for the hot water bottle please follow these instructions:
1 - When filling the hot water bottle, DO NOT USE BOILING WATER. This may damage the rubber and could also burn your skin.
2 - Fill only to two-thirds capacity maximum. When filling, hold the bottle in an upright position and fill slowly to avoid the hot water from splashing back.
3 - Before use, allow up to 20 minutes for the bottle to reach its maximum temperature.
4 - Prevent contact with hot surfaces.
IMPORTANT
Not suitable for children under the age of 36 months.
Handing should always be carried out by an adult.
Check stopper for wear and tear damage at regular intervals.
Bottles should be replaced after two years of use.

The instructions were simple and to the point. The material is very soft and seems to be well made, no fraying of the materials. The face was a little wonky but it is cute.
Ok not the BEST PUG plush in the world (COME ON... give it a black nose) but it's cute, it's soft, it's huggable. No sooner did I fill it with hot water to just test it when my partner came to me with a bad toothache and ice was a no for him. So I handed him this pug covered water bottle. I didn't see it again for 3 days. And we are NOT KIDS, we are Grey Haired! LOL Just wish it was bigger like the old fashioned ones and had a loop or something to tie the very losable cap to the water bottle. Otherwise, no complaints does what its supposed to do, hold water, and look cute at the same time.
I love him. Sounds silly, but I couldn't stop petting him. I had to hide it from the dog though. He thought I'd bought him a new toy. I've used it both hot and cold.
