Works for my needs but I should have gotten the next size up, this only holds one of my pills and they're smaller than most tylenol. No issues with build quality, even the ring holding the fob to the chain is very good. Came with an extra o-ring.
My dad has to keep nitroglycerin on him at all times right now so I decided to buy him something he could have quick access to. A necklace sounded like the best way to go. I ordered it yesterday and it just arrived today !! It’s an awesome product ! The medium bullet holds up to 12 small nitroglycerin pills.. Very well made !! I’m very happy !! The only concern I had was the little ring holding the bullet on the chain .. it’s very fragile compared to the pill container so you may want to buy a stronger ring ... Other than that love everything about it !
I love the way it looks but it wont hold a ATENOLOL it will hold a Lisinopril but it might hold others

Use this guy every day. Works great amd fits the size pill i take. It is a little expensive but its worth the extra cost to have the slender design and not add a bunch of bulk to my already oversized collecton of keys. The o ring seals nice and tight to keep things moisture free. Great product.
Tho is a great container for nitroglycerine and 81mg aspirin. It is small and discrete. Totally waterproof (tested when I forgot to take it off in the water) and well made. The chain I just a chain, nothing fancy, but I didn't buy this to wear as jewelry. It I functional and is the best container I have ever purchased for this use.
I bought 2 sizes - one for the neckchain and one for the keyring. The bullet design is appropriate for a man! The construction of it is solid and is water proof.
Nice and very light weight, I changed the chain,because I had one from an old pendant, I definitely will buy it again,
At first I had a little difficulty getting the threads to match, but they soon started top behave better. This little fob just fits on my keychain, just fits my long acting nitro pills, is easy to fill. It does the job of handling the pills very well.
