My feet get really cold at night. I bought this for the primary purpose of heating my feet after I get under my covers and now I fall asleep like a baby. It also relaxes my tired, achy feet from work all day. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one which arrived today and I just put it on the back of my neck and the heat feels great on my neck and shoulders after a long day of sitting infront of the computer at work. Just 2 mins in microwave and the heat lasts for almost 20-30 mins under the covers! It does have a natural smell which was strong at first but I’ve noticed that the smell gradually goes away with each use. If the smell bothers you, just use it under a blanket and you’ll be fine. This was a great investment towards my wellness because the heat is honestly very therapeutic and I know these will probably last me for several years.
I recently bought four of these, two for me and two for gifts. I love the way these pads shape themselves to the area of your body they are placed on. The cherry seeds inside enable this, and the size is great, too. They far surpass any other heating pad or ice pack I have used in the past. The cover is organic cotton/linen and you can remove for washing, unlike others I have tried. I highly recommend these packs!
I have owned a number of natural heating pads, but never been impressed. A friend suggested I try this one & I was surprised. It’s the perfect size & I’m currently sitting with it on my neck where it’s still warm 24 minutes after heating it in the microwave for 90 seconds. Others mentioned a strong smell, but I found it just have a natural scent that you would expect from a product with seeds. It’s not overpowering at all. Overall, this is a great product that will see lots of us at our house!
I have been using this for heat therapy on my neck, shoulders, and lower back a few times a month for the past few months and am overall happy. While I was a little put off by the smell at first (it is really hard to describe), but my wife didn't even notice, and it wasn't overbearing at all. I think it was just me not used to the smell of heated Cherry Seeds. The only other downside I've found that it isn't easy use on your lower back when laying in bed.
It works great as lumbar support/warmth while sitting in a chair though! And I love using it as my neck pillow when reading or watching tv in bed. It is a great way to wind down if you've had a stressful day and your neck is punishing you for it.
I do wonder if it would be a little more flexible if the cherry seeds were crushed a little? Or maybe not as many were in the pad, so they had a little more room to move and contour. Then again, one of the great feelings is those warm, round seeds massaging your neck as you relax. Maybe there is a way to break them in half?
After having my first baby, my mother made me a rice sock for ease of use (compared to an electric heating pad) for helping with the tenderness of breastfeeding and the aches and pains in the neck and shoulders also from breastfeeding. I really liked it but was always averted by the smell. For this second pregnancy, I took a chance and purchased this cherry pit alternative and have loved it so far! It does have a slight smell but nothing like the rice and it seems to be less strong the more I use it, or maybe I’ve just gotten used to it. I currently use it for my neck, sore lower abdomen muscles and lower back aches. I like its rigitity versus the rice, but even though it’s a little more stiff, it’s still a nice “pillow”. It stays warm for quite some time, and I like that I am able to fall asleep using it without worrying about it overheating on me. I haven’t used it cold yet, but I’m 100% 5-star satisfied using it just for heat.
It’s also worth mentioning that the material it comes in is nice and thick and sturdy. It provides a good barrier between the hot/cold cherry pits and your skin. And it’s definitely a perk that it can be removed easily to be washed.

I like the cover on this pack. It's nice and soft and feels like it's made from good quality cloth. You can also take it off to wash if you need. With the hot weather I have mostly been putting the pack in the freezer for cold use. It's much easier and less messy than trying to use ice packs and feels good on my knees. This pack feels more luxurious than other hot/cold packs I've used before.
Our family loves this heating/cooling pack. My daughter gets migraines and she finds relief by putting the cold cherry pack on the base of her neck. She likes that it’s a soothing cold. I prefer it heated. It’s one of the only ways I survive menstual cramps. I get the pack slightly wet before microwaving and then add a couple drops of lavender oil. Just lovely. Now I need to buy a second, so we can designate one to the freezer and one for heating. The cover being washable is an added bonus!
Used this a couple times and it works great! Was very worried about the smell, as my husband and I are very sensitive to smells. This smells fine and natural! My husband woke up with a tweaked back this morning so thank you for getting it here on time and quick!
I received this today and am addicted! This preggo has used it about 10 times today already. I always have neck tension and lower back pain, and with pregnancy, I just ache all over haha! The big seeds inside give support but also conform very well so it’s very relaxing. I love the weight too. It’s not smothering, but has enough pressure, when used resting on top of you. Right now I’m using it on my things and can feel my legs relaxing. Can’t wait to try this as I go to sleep!
attractive and functional. Arrived today. I use heat on my hip while watching TV. Now I won't feel so in-firmed when I leave it on the sofa. It looks like a pillow and the heat is very comforting
